The Roseburg post office has changed some of their operating hours, however not clearly. The hours on the lobby doors still say the lobby is open from 5:30 am to 7 pm 7 days a week. This morning I drove my 18 miles from home to retrieve my PO box mail. At 9 am doors still locked tighter than a drum. A second person showed up and not happy they couldn't get their mail, either. Why couldn't a notice have been put on the doors reflecting different lobby hours, too?
Our Roseburg post office is only opened from 5 am to 7:30 pm. We should have our post box rates discounted to represent less than 24 hours to get our mail.
I believe someone may be tampering or discriminating my mail for non-use voluntary ZIP Codes.

Our postal person drives way too fast down our road, Echo Drive. It is posted at 25 mph. There are many people who walk/ride bikes on our road. Lots of wild life. Please slow down!

Ordered a small paperback book about a month ago from monopoly giant that begins with an "A". Tired of waiting, I checked order status and it says book was delivered yesterday by Roseburg USPS. Uh, NO, it WASN'T. I checked the USPS website using my order tracking number, and it says "Package being held for pickup at Roseburg Post Office". No notice in the mailbox, nothing. Am I supposed to psychically "know" that my book is being held at the post office? Were they ever going to notify me that my book was being held for pick-up? WHY did they list my book as "undeliverable"?
Wrong on soooo many levels.
This is the second time someone has put a box in my mailbox that is too big to get out of the box they can get it in the back but it does not come out the front so not only is our mail coming at 6:30 or seven at night now I can’t even get it out of the box very frustrated
I was notified Friday I would receive mail from Citi Bank but it was not in my lock box. I had this happen before and someone took over my account. I just hope it doesn't happen with this mail. Please check to see where it is. Thanks
Don’t understand why one day my package is delivered and the next day I’m told to go pick it up. Mail carrier goes past my house twice. I live in the country and I’m a senior citizen. Going all the way into town is a hassle. Normally I have great service but this time the mail person was just lazy.

Worst delivery in the country took 5 + days to get a letter to Manteca ca. No wonder they want to close down more post offices the service is awful I haven't received mail on Saturday's for months but letter's and bills show up late. Thanks
