I mailed some items from the post office, they were returned for insufficient funds, I had to remail them & was extremely over charged, I wish to file a complaint. Please contact me.

I am disabled, using crutches, sitting in car outside Brooklyn PO. My crutches slipped in the ice, I cannot mail my package. Tried to call you, got USPS central. Not sure what to do. I guess that I will just leave. Very frustrated. Pls get rid of the ice right outside of your office.
