North Plains post office should not have a contract with Amazon because they can not be trusted to deliver the packages. They said they could not deliver because mailbox as full. The package would not fit into the the mailbox it needed to be dropped off at the house. No signature was needed, then they just pick a day four day later to try again. So much for prime.
2016 and the USPS service inside North Plains is getting worse by the day! They took away people doing a good job for years and replaced with someone who is disorganized and unable to problem solve simple things like delivering mail on time, daily and they are now doing things like NOT delivering packages even when you are home since opening or leaving a package inside a gate is far too complex. Instead, pink slips now are the norm!! Worse, when/if you authorize and they leave a package- it's been left in the pouring rain, instead of like in the past covering it in protective plastic- a bag, they just leave paper outside. Really! Calls to this location have proved pointless. Someone needs to take a look at this post office. Justin just has excuses and justifications. Privatizing postal service is looking more appealing by the moment. Someone needs to put someone in there who actually knows how to manage and serve customers.
