Please deliver packages to our home. Our Driveway is circular on if you take the left fork it is not steep and you avoid rough area. You may turn around and go back the same way.
Carrier refuses to deliver packages to our home. The reason stated is his vehicle won't go up our driveway. I spoke with personnel at the post office and she told me we have carrier with his own vehicle. FEDEX, AND UPS both deliver to our home with no problem. Guests with motorcycles, and small cars, and luxury cars have no problem. This carrier has stuffed parcels in our mailbox crushing medication boxes. We have to drive 16 miles round trip several more than once a week to pick up packages. We are in our 80s and this is difficult. Please review this non delivery decision. Thank you

My address is 1608 McPherson St North Bend, OR 97459. I placed outgoing mail in my mail box today, July 22, 2019 and put up the red flag. My mail was delivered, flag put down but outgoing mail was still on mail box. This is the second time in last week that this has happened. Do you no longer pick up outgoing mail? Thank you
Worst Attitude and Service in the state. Constant mixups, failure to dilver mail in the box mail was /addressed to/, damaged packages, and scanning packages as undeliverable on weekends no matter what. Tanya the acting officer is shrill and combative to any questions. They never take respanceiblity. No integerty what so ever!
I would like to express my gratitude and appreciation for our Postal Service Carrier Tony Spray. Tony exemplifies great customer service. He always displays a good attitude and can always be depended upon. Since the USPS started delivering for UPS things have improved greatly over our prior experience with UPS performance!
Tony deserves special recognition.
