Not a great experience. Too small town for me! Inconsistent answers / non results from various employees there. Not able to comprehend so they hang up the phone. I mean do they really think I called to say hi. Didn't even wait to hear what I called for. Rednecks? Are there still Rednecks in Lebanon Oregon?

I don't know what's going on with my mailman lately but I'm tired of getting other people's mail and other people receiving my mail which last month the mailman put my SSDI check in someone else's box which caused big issues for me and the major one was causing me to get a 50$ late fee from my landlord for not getting my rent in on time. And the whole time my check was sitting in someone else's box in my manufactured home park. The numbers are clearly on the boxes and my number is clearly on my mail. I don't know how to report this issue as it's becoming a regular one. Today I received someone else's bills. Either my mailman needs to get glasses or slow down and take your time when putting mail in our boxes. What an inconvenience this has caused me in the past and now it's starting to cost me money. I will be calling our local office on Monday morning cause once again my check is late and the mailman should hope it's not his/her fault this time cause I'll be going after them for anymore occurrence of late payment due to their negligence!!

We do not get our mail delivered quite often. Today he/she pulled up, delivered to the 1st house on the street and left. Informed delivered said we had 4 pieces of mail coming, we got none, even though I tried to flag him /her down. They just ignored me. I guess it might be too warm of a day to deliver all the mail. What happened to rain, sleet, hail, etc, the mail was delivered? I never had as much trouble getting my mail delivered when I lived in Albany. Lebanon has very poor mail service in my opinion!

Today is Dec 17 2020. An order I placed on Dec 9 was delivered to the Lebanon PO on Dec 12. According to the tracking number, it's still waiting to be accepted. Does anyone work at this PO? December 12, 2020 at 2:18 pm Shipment Received, Package Acceptance Pending LEBANON, OR 97355

I received notification that my package had arrived at the post office, and I was down there within 2 hours to pick it up. I tried calling ahead twice, for the phone to ring for 5 minutes, and then hang up. When I arrived, I was told that I couldn't pick it up because it was already being sorted. It had gotten there 2 hours before, and I could have saved the trip and frustration had they actually answered the phone (541-451-5648). I'll be requesting any other shipping method in the future. This post office in particular employs people who are too bothered to get off their chair.

10-16-20 called 4x and no answer. must be the gentleman w/ beard and glasses. he has been working the counter many years. ...if you watch him close enough, you will see him move. if there is a line of ppl at the post office, he will not work any faster. line or no line, he functions at the same speed. SLOW.
