Horrible service in the Klamath Falls area. They NEVER answer the phone, I have waited over 3 weeks to get new mailbox keys and still haven't received them. I put a hold on my mail and they couldn't find the slip, couldn't find the slip to have new locks and keys for my box done, and then they said they would call me and I still haven't heard from them. Go into the POST Office and they can't find anything. TERRIBLE!!!!

So I have a complaint about 1) the post office driver speeding down our street and 2) no one picking up the phone! We have little kids on this dead end street and no one who lives here drives so fast that a cloud of dust follows them, I yelled at you today to slow it down and you kept going! Probably didn’t hear me because you were driving so fast!

Why is the delivery so late. Used to deliver around 1pm now is still not here at 9pm. Seems lije the more you charge the worse your service gets.

Bobby is the best worker they got she is so helpful and nice she needs to run the place so many bad reviews for this post office but all those are people got to do is meet Bobby she will help you she's such a wonderful person they should give her the biggest raise thank you Bobby for everything

Y'all need to learn how to answer your phone. I tried two numbers a multiple of times and each time it either rings until the line cuts off or they send you to automated voice that leads you down several paths that literally have nothing to do with just getting you connected to a representative in the lobby. Change the dang number or answer your friggin phones, dude. This is day 3. Slot of people don't have the time to go in all the time.

The Klamath post office is not opening the lobby at the correct or advertised time. If you are not going to abide by the scheduled times than change your hours on the doors and website. This has been going on for months. There are plenty of people in the back room come on management do your job

No way to speak to a representative on the phone! I’ve got issue with overseas company claiming a delivery but automated USPS system says the package never received - I NEED PROOF IF THIS BUT THE DAMN COMPUTER WON’T GIVE ME A LIVE PERSON!! Now what do I do?!? Grrr 😖

Yeah my grandmother went and paid extra money for tracking she is an old womennqhos at higher risk for covid and now she is wanting to go back to post office becauae the extra money she paid did not get her the services she paid for. Sonshebcould send her great granddaughter a birthday present. From texas to oregon.

BIG FAT LIAR!!!!! Said he/she tried to deliver 1 package "Could not complete delivery" OMFG our place is 3 driveways down from the Mailboxes. KLAMATH FALLS USPS STILL GARBAGE TRUCK SERVICE. We were home all day, you are such liars. File complaints with Oregon Postmaster.

Worst service we've ever received from a post office. We are a mail-order business and our postal worker has repeatedly missed pickups, failed to send a substitute while on vacation, and even WALKED OUT with packages labeled and ready for pickup. How are we supposed to conduct our business if the post office cant properly conduct theirs?

Are you open to the public right now to mail out boxes?

Thank you for the friendly service at the Post office and the friendly townspeople. I like waiting in the line at the office. It seems like a great opportunity to meet people in a town where friends are hard to make. I like living in small town Oregon. Have a great holiday and thank you for your extra work during the Christmas season deliveries. Best wishes and please keep the Postal Service alive. We need at least some socialist services in this country. Not all things should be privatized. Thank you.

This is such horse spittle, I ordered some stuff from Amazon, waited my two days (prime shipping) and it says my items are available for pickup from the carrier! What the fack! There is no way I wasn't home when you stopped by because I sat on the porch from 11am til 2ish when I got the e-mail. NoooOW I have to drive acrossed town for something we pay you phucs to do. A sincere phuc you and happy holidays.

This morning (Feb 13th 2019) we got snowed in. Schools where closed. My husband expected an Amazon package. At 2 pm the tracking status was "Unable to get signature or no secure place to leave". He was frustrated because due to his medical condition, his always home and he really needed that that supplement. Also in the past he last a few package that way. But at 4:40 pm at the post office the team was wonderful, especially one young lady at the counter, her name is Crissy really did everything to find the tracking number for able to locate the package. Why do they carriers have to drop packages on the porch? They just walk up and drop them. This happens all the time

MY mail had not been coming for over a week , and i got suspicious because i get mail everyday , then when companies i ordered products from said they were delivered at my house ! No !!, so im fighting with all the companies telling them ive not recived any packages . Being told it says it was delivered you figue it out , wtf .. so , i called the klamath falls, Oregon postal service and some random man , whom i dont know or never heard of , had all mail from my address held . How , can this happen . 1 doesn’t even have same last name . 2 didn’t show ID , and all they could say it must of slipped thro the cracks !! Seriously, no you guys f up , and can’t admit it , have any answers or any apologies. Had to call police to file a scam report. The police informed me that the man who placed the hold has a no trespassing order since early this year from the post office itself, and they let him do this .. Now, i repeatly called post office and can not get anyone to answer , so i can file a complaint. And , to contact the people for the embarrassing situation , which they caused ! So , now i got to make the phone calls to all these companies.

Why isn't anyone answering the phone at the Klamath Falls Post Office? I tried the 800 number and it was a 52 minute wait. After 48mins they hung up. Some service. My mail is not being delivered to the recipient. They are checks and I have had to change banks fearing identify theft. I can't even get anyone to answer a phone. I think the service here is terrible. They keep returning my mail back to the sender saying I don't live here. Really you need to look into this situation.

The mail we receive at the Running Y is frequently not ours. This includes letters as well as packages placed in the lock boxes. There is no reason for the inaccuracy of the delivery and causes concern that our mail is being misplaced and/or lost.

This is not a "complaint" - just something curious that happened yesterday. A neighbor 2 streets over brought me a bundled package left accidentally in her mail box. The package contained over a dozen Time magazines, my name/address being on top. First, why did she get my mail as it was my name on the top issue? Second, did the P.O. employee not see that it was a bundle of Time magazines? Scares me, as I was recently a victim of a Visa identity theft that left all quite puzzled. Thank you !

Get out of vehicle when delivering a package the same package I paid for 2-day delivery this is an ongoing issue. I have it on video pretty sad when someone would rather sit in your vehicle then to just come to the door to deliver your package. Or even make an attempt to honk their horn.

The motto for your flat rate box is.. "IF IT FITS- IT SHIPS!" .. However- this is not true at the Klamath Falls location. The blonde lady at the counter stated that all flaps have to be completely flat. I feel that this is false advertising! My daughter is in the military. I ship several packages to her. She was visiting- and forgot her lap blanket. I had to ship it back to her. I used the largest flat rate box that you have. It fit fine- and was sealed well enough to ship- without coming undone. The blonde lady at the counter- refused to ship the box. The shipping rate for the flat rate box- is more expensive than the lap blanket. If the post office is going to be so picky about the flat rate box- people are either going to stop shipping items- or- choose another carrier. I ended up taking the package to another post office. They accepted the package- it was shipped- and the package arrived in perfect condition. It's gotten to the point- that I don't even want to use the Klamath Falls Post Office for mailing future parcels. It's simply not worth the hassle! ..

I want to know why starting in late November my mail went from being delivered between 11am to 1pm except the ocassional monday or after a holiday when it might be 3pm in the afternoon. Now it is not being delivered until sometime between 6PM and 8pm and out on MIller Island Rd Klamath Falls, OR and I have had more mail put in my box where the only thing in common with my address was the number not the street. I have either put back in mailbox labeled delivered to wrong address or when I went to town just put it in the blue mail boxes. Plus I have had several pieces mail bills that suddenly did not get delivered between that date in late November and now. So I don't know where this mail went I think it was delivered to the wrong address and they just threw it away. one of the pcs of mail was a check I needed and all the other mail the person who maild the check to me sent out the same day made it to their places in 3 days and the back east letter they sent made it in a week and I still haven't received so I think your new carrier and hours lost it

Delivery driver keeps not delivering a package, says rural bix is blocked, its NOT. They don't leave it at post office so I can't get it. It is a much needed package, but post office just shrugs

My mail has not been delivered (or picked up) since the first of the year. And I can't get through to the local Klamath Falls Post Office on 7th street as they will not pick up their phone (it rings and rings). Disappointing :(

A couple months back the spouse moved out and would not forward her mail or return my calls so I could give her mail to her and not wanting to get into trouble by keeping her mail or throwing them away, I started to send them back to sender. So, my carrier decided to take it upon herself to stop my mail as well and take my name off the address I have been at for 5 years. After three weeks of not receiving any mail I got it straightened out at the local office. My carrier said she was confused. ok? With no change of address for my name or stop mail service, she stopped my mail anyway. After that it went good for about a week maybe two then the mail stopped again. So, I went back down to the main Office where I asked if my mail was being redirected or if my carrier had stopped it again. When the lady I talked to went in the back to find out, I could here all of them laughing about the situation and when each postal worker come back out to their counter they would look at me and laugh. Not sure why and don't really care. (If these "So Called Postal Workers" want to make fun or laugh at someone for trying to figure out what is going on with their mail and delivery service, then it shows that they are the idiots and don't care about their jobs). But, I was told by the person that helped me that my carrier told her that I have had no mail coming in to be delivered. That was Monday Aug 8, 2016. On Thursday Aug 10, 2016 of that week with yet no mail the roommate called the postmaster and was told that they talked to the carrier and was told that she has been delivering mail all along to the mailbox and its not her fault if someone comes along and takes it. So, I would like to know which lie she is going to stick with. 1. I have had no mail to be delivered? or 2. Someone is taking my mail after she delivers it?. And another thing I think is funny is that the only time I have received on Friday the 11th and Saturday the 12th is when I was physically home. Questions.. Can I go after and file charges to whoever is taking my mail out of the mailbox? Including the soon to be ex-wife. I know she has changed her address with the Post Office. And, can I file charges against the carrier if indeed she is sending the mail back rather that delivering may mail?

July 20, 2016 I received a package I was expecting. The packaging was the plastic/rubber, almost indestructible/impossible to open- except-with-scissors type of packaging. The package WAS SPLIT OPEN entirely across one end. The edges of the split-open end were smooth like it had been cut with scissors, not stretched like it had been pulled open with hands. A smaller individually wrapped package from the inside was pulled half-way out of the larger package. On the edge of the split open edge are letters/numbers hand-written in ink: EB054A6-2. The contents are undergarments. The last time I ordered undergarments from this same company, the package was opened. I'm thinking there is a perverted weirdo working for the Klamath Falls Post Office and delivering our mail. Opening U.S. mail is a Federal offense! I am reporting this incident, as I did the last one, to the Feds.

Lazy stinking post man won't get his dead ass out of the truck open my gate and set package on porch. 25 feet max.... Don't use larger boxes at PO box location. They could leave key to larger box in your PO box so you don't have to drive 10 miles to main office and wait in line for 30 minutes..... Sorry service as usual. I can't stand the USPS... Hope they do get taken over... JERKS !

Neighborhood dog tried to attack mailman haven't received mail in 2/days no answer at post office today, yesterday girl acted clueless when we asked to hold our mail and to report our witness of the incident. We are moving and need our sons mail! Beyond pissed off.

Package shipped 3 day (paid extra), been sitting in the Klamath Falls station since Monday. Nice gentleman there states sent with wrong carrier 1st day, then next day not sent out at all, glad to send out on Thursday as Wednesday Holiday, Thursday nice gentlemen again can't explain why didn't go out, but took my number and promised to call back with info. Today Friday, no package no phone call, no one answering their phone.

I agree with all these folks, I received my wife's father's remains today, and it was horrible the package was busted so hours remains were every where, wife just started crying, the post office is responsible for wrapping and shipping, a 1st grader could have done better, but the funeral home, Eternal hills didn't even secure the box, the even a piece of tape, worst I've ever seen I tried calling both, usps no anwser, funeral home a SMART ass,

I had to call multiple times to find out why they didn't deliver a package to an address that received mail. After finally getting a person to answer it was a lady who seemed to be helpful until she located my package that was marked undeliverable sitting at the post office. She then returned and asked how often this issue was going to happen to where they couldn't deliver it and when I said there was no reason it couldn't be delivered because it was a small enough package to fit into the box she hung up. I am very disgusted with the Klamath Falls USPS, however on the other hand I am very pleased with the smaller town post offices, I have used the Keno and Merrill post offices multiple times and they are very friendly people and they want to help you, its funny when they are even irritated by the Klamath Falls post office and their lack of customer service.

I have been on hold for 2 hours now and have only talked to a machine. I have called back multiple times before and still no answer. Again this is a government controlled system and it shows that our government does not want to help its citizens anymore. When will the USPS disappear. I don't believe they do anything well anymore...

So if you own a business and it is in a multi facility unit the owner has to buy his mail unit and put it where they tell you to put it then they will deliver mail to you. What happened to the good old days of walking and delivering mail. I guess this doesn't happen anymore. So I get no mail for my business until the owner buys a multi mailbox system. How lazy can the USPS get these days

worst post office ever I agree I called to complain that our mail man wasn't picking up or delivering mail I haven't been receiving bills and the stupid lady says its not their job to pick it up that its a courtesy they sometimes provide when I told her he wasn't delivering it either she hung up on me ........

This is the worst post office I have ever encountered. And the mail carriers are horrible. One gal delivers mail while talking on her cell phone the WHOLE TIME! My regular mail carrier stumbles around like he is hung over. One substitute carrier refused to put my mail in my mailbox next to my door because my tiny little min pin barked and he said that he is afraid of my dog. He made me walk out to the street to him and get my mail. Thank goodness I do not have the need to send anything via the USPS. I do not support an organization that is so badly managed.

Poor customer service is just another reason people are not using the us mail any longer and choosing, like I do, to go paperless. Unfortunately my package started out shipping with Fed-ex but they almost always drop it at the post office to be delivered otherwise I would not have this problem.

The office is still open and I am trying to call and they will not pick up. They delivered my paper mail but said that my pair of shoes that came in the mail was undeliverable. the box weighs 1.9 pounds. Was it to heavy to deliver? was home and no attempt to knock on my door. So they say to call and make arrangements to have it redelivered lol but they wont answer the phone.

Tracking for my Amazon order - two small items - notes "Latest Event:Klamath Falls ORDelivery attempted - October 14, 2013 3:12:00 PM." I've been here, on the other side of the door & I can assure you that NO "attempt" was made to deliver my items. Why? And now, what? Your phone rings for two minutes and does not even venture the menu runaround. I've been a USPS fan, but this is beginning to sour me.
