I ordered a package from Amazon and it says that its delivered to the postal locker on Tuesday and it still hasn't been delivered to me

I have had 2 packages that were returned to sender because your employee’s said the addresses were wrong. In both cases the correct address was on them. I don’t know what your employees are doing? Either they are extremely lazy or not skilled.

Delivery driver comes with the package and asks for cash to deliver it. When I have already paid for shipping. Usually they just drop it off. But someone is trying to get cash, which makes no sense as I paid everything through card digitally. If there is an additional charge than I should be contacted. My family member should NEVER have to be asked for cash for a package. Each time they tried to get it from my Grandma. OUTRAGEOUS to try and take money from an elderly woman. I will be making sure I don't ship packages with USPS as long as I can.

Thank you for the faithful service of all of you at the post office, especially during these difficult times. I did want to call your attention to the fact that what ever method is used for sorting the mail as delivered to my rural residence mail box, I have been getting more mail recently that is not mine but address to another person at another address.
