I would like to get a mail delivery job with you. Seems the mail man comes when he chooses too. Misses a day or two every week and no set schedule

I have been very disappointed in the mail service since we moved here 12 years ago. Through the years many things arrive late. Seems most the city is on a budget, but where is all our money going? Our city and governmental offices have even caused my family great pain from our encounters with deplorable individuals. I expect it by now, I know for the most part this won’t change, and will only get the worse. But sometimes it really gets me down.

Completely disappointed with mail delivery. Mail is consistently delivered to our box that isn't ours-not even the correct address. We have called and complained with no changes. Now when we try to contact someone the phone is never answered and it says the mailbox is closed and we can't leave a message. I worry that if this is happening so often to us that this is also happening to many others waiting for important documents to get to them.

After 6 years of working on her bachelors while working full time, my wife's diploma came in the mail today. One would have hoped the carrier would have read the one inch print on the package saying DO NOT FOLD before unceremoniously cramming it in the mail box. Thanks HR Postal Service. I miss our old mailman.

It would be nice when packages are delivered if they actually made it to my address. Amazon will replace them but why should they when it a delivery issue. Also been receiving different neighbors mail. Makes me wonder who's receiving my mail. I'm going to call the post office every time this happens. They are going to become tired of hearing my voice but they need to fix their broken system.

I ordered an out of print book and instead of delivering it to my house or leaving me a yellow slip they jammed the book into my mail box to where i could not get it out. Since they never answer their phone, i had to get in my car and drive to town to explain the problem. My mailbox is now loose from it's support. I will be filing an official complaint to have my mailbox repaired and the price of the book, which probably cannot be replaced.

post SERVICE my eye.... Today I went to the local post office to mail a mothers day card and needed the zip code to mail an express package. When I asked the attendant to look the zip up for me she handed me a book to look it up myself. When I told her that I did not have my glasses on "could she look it up for me?" she refused and gave me a disgusted sigh. Thank goodness I knew someone there to read it for me.
