I have been at war with the USPS for the last 2 years, they have delivered packages to my garage for the last 38 years without any issue, then suddenly with the current postmaster, Scott McCullough, not only do we not get the packages delivered anymore, they intentionally lie about it.The last woman carrier had so many complaints that she was moved, the next guy was useless, always whining and complaining. He even used blackmail against us that if we don't put a plastic tote in a unsecured area inf the weather that is in an easy location to steal from , then he would not deliver. Socorro Vega of the GPDCU came out and we talked and stated that even he would not want the tote... then the next day he claimed that I agreed to use the tote... He lied and I have that on recording. There was no reason as to why the carrier couldn't use the previous location that was out of the weather and secured... So now, I have been put on the "Do not Deliver List" and we have to drive an hour to town and back for every package. I have now found several other houses that are having similar issues with the same USPS people. I am organizing them together. WE ARE TIRED OF BEING TREATED AS SLAVES TO THE GOVERNMENT SLACKERS THT WE PAY THEIR SALARIES, WE ALSO PAY / CONTRACT FOR SERVICES THAT WE ARE NOT GETTING...

I had two packages that were to be delivered to my house Friday by 6:10PM. I have been home waiting for them. Especially since the driver can not be trusted. It is now Sat morning 8:54 am. I have yet to see the driver with my packages. One package is my medication. Do I really need to contact an attorney? I have tried to work with you and the driver. I can not trust either.

After repeated interaction with the post master of this facility, as well as the female clerk who works at the door, i have found them to be hateful, impatient individuals who couldnt care less about being helpful to the public. I have also found, from others in the community, that be it in person, or on the phone, this clear indication of not caring about how they treat people, i.e., yelling, hanging up on them, shutting the door in their face and displaying how much we unconvince them, is a continual pattern to people in this town. Perhaps you'd be wise to correct behavior such as this before you raise postage prices.
