Postal Locations

I moved from OR to OH two months ago. Put my mail on hold when I left. II turned in a change of address three weeks ago. Still haven't received any mail at my new address. Called the OR PO twice during business hours. No one picks up. Is this the new Lovejoy/Trump/Facist Post Office? Do I need to send someone a thousand dollars cash to get my mail? Can someone tell me how I can get my mail delivered to my new address?

Lots of negative reviews, but I don't have one! If anything I have been happy with my service at our local post office. My daily drivers (home and office) are both very friendly and helpful to answer any questions and take packages for me. It is always a longer wait time during the holidays but that's to be expected anywhere I'd imagine. I often preprint my priority mail labels and drop at the back door which eliminates waiting in line.

This P.O. Is deplorable. I’ve needed help for six months. I’m disabled with M.S. The building is difficult to enter, I guess disabled people don’t drive???? NOT .,.. I drive!!! Trouble with change of address, from post office box to street address Not to mention the never answer the phone don’t even check vm, if it goes to vm. I’m thinking about contacting the U.S. top po dog Simply deplorable.

I’ve been calling the Florence, OR P.O. many times for two days. No answer or call is dropped. I need to speak to the Post Master about moving our mailbox.

I been ordering and receiving several overseas shipments and have been experiencing the same problem with several of these packages I have a central distribution box to receive mail instead of a box on my property with oversize packages there is a postal locked box and the packages are placed in that box and a access key is placed in my standard mail box Here is where the problem ensues eBay Amazon or other venders show the package has been delivered but when I go the the mail box nothing no key for the postal box so I cannot retrieve my package This has happened to often an has resulted in me loosing the purchase as the vendor said it was delivered. I would like to suggest that all packages in the future be delivered to my front door it's weather insulated/covered sorry if this is an inconvenience but I cannot afford to keep not receiving packages and eating the cost and the time to reorder. I ordered an item and had it shipped as a gift to my mother. The information on eBay states: Delivered on Wed, Apr 26 Tracking number: Tracking number LK206338145CN My mother - via telephone - states, "its not here yet" ...althought the print out that I can email to the US PostOffice in Florence is written it was 'delivered' on April 26th 97439. I can email this info to you if I can get an email address.
