Unless you have no other choice use another post office. I have visited this office a few times and never had a good experience. The clerks act as though you are putting them out...twice they were eating pizza at the window and seemed annoyed I came in. I was the only one there. I tried to mail a passport form there and was told I had to make an appointment. I just needed to mail it, it was all filled out, check was attached, picture on it, old passport stapled...just needed a priory envelope and postage. Nope can't help you we are to busy. There were two employees and one other customer in the office. When I asked to speak to the postmaster I was informed that is who I was talking to, Gail is her name. Well there you have it. Drove to McMinnville and it took 2 minutes. My suggestion is they get rid of the employees and put in a machine...it would be more helpful.
