Carrier has AGAIN put packages in a parcel locker with no notification. He delivers two large packages to my front door like he is supposed to yet he still puts 5 packages in the mailbox or parcel locker. Since one of those packages was my medication that HAS TO BE DELIVERED TO THE FRONT DOOR, this time it is unacceptable. No more. I am filing another complaint against him.

If past reviews haven’t persuaded you… service is horrid! I’ve not gotten ANYTHING delivered for two weeks now! I’ve NEVER not had mail for two straight weeks, which tells me they have ONCE AGAIN delivered my mail to someone else, or just isn’t bothering to deliver to me at all!!! This has been going on for YEARS! Nothing has been done and I’m beginning to think that the state of local government office is this shaken then what are to expect from the government themselves?!? More crap..

Delivery service not dependable, route carrier deliveries range from 3pm to 8:30pm. Mail mixed up all the time. If they can’t provide USPS advertised service, fire them and hire responsible drivers. Keeping them on is not the answer to better service. And answer the phone.!!!!

I have recently had mail not delivered. A check for my work was sent to my address but retured to sender It had the correct address this has happened before and a man near Pig N Pancake called me and left my mail in his box which was delivered to him Now its not hard to know there is a 25 West Kensington Ave, Astoria, OR the mail gets put in my neighbors box or thier in mine Is there a problem that continues at this post office Maybe if we sent their paychecks to the wrong address I bet they could learn to READ MY MAIL BOX IS BIG BLACK AND HAS A BIG 25 on it NOT HARD TO FIND like some of these bozos with no number Let me know why your office continues year after year to have a peroblem

How come your workers don't wear masks when they hand deliver mail to one at their door?

Absolutely ROTTEN service!!!!!! I have tried calling for DAYS and can not get an answer!!!!!!!!!! Can not leave a voice mail- I paid $23.15 for a package that was to be delivered 7/11/2020. It came in today's mail. WHY???????????????? I have tried in the past to call this post office, long before covid, in case that's the excuse used for the lousy service, and have had the same problem of not being able to reach anyone there. These are the reasons the USPS will be going bye bye. I used to work at the Seaside post office and I can tell you we provided a GOOD service to our customers!

You have the worst phone system ever. If I call the Astoria post office I'm asked for an access code that I don't have and 5 seconds later it hangs up on me!

We have been having problems with receiving our mail, says its delivered when really it's not. The post office never answers there phone. Super annoying there's no one for us to voice our concerns to.

They're not going to answer the phone. You need to go down to the carrier facility, ask for a complaint card, and ask to speak to the carrier supervisor. Explain the problems to the supervisor. Take the card(s) home with you. Fill one out at home, and drop it in a USPS drop box at the local PO. This will ensure that neither the carrier nor the supervisor will have access to it, and possibly destroy it. The manager will be sent a form he is required to fill out and return, explaining how the problem occurred, and what has been done about it. His response will be kept on file, and further complaints of the same nature will will eventually start costing jobs. If they don't want to DO their jobs, they shouldn't have them. In fact, while you're there, ask for several complaint cards.

Whoever is delivering my packages is delivering to the neighbors. I can't get an answer on the phone above. I set on the phone over an hour to speak with someone from USPS. I've lived in the same house for over 40 years so I will assume it's a new carrier but it's disgusting when I'm not able get in contact with the post office. Please answer your phone.

Why don't the carriers pickup my mail? Third time it's happened since Sue left.

Mail carrier serving Hillcrest loop, Astoria, Ore. 97103 needs to be replaced. Scanned a package as unable to deliver as no one home, that was a lie. In the end carrier admitted pkg was too heavy. Package weighed 35.9 lbs (delivered weight). I have concerns about carriers integrity. This person is not doing their job.
