I pd my P.O. Box rental by money order on 5/24/17 as it was due on 5/31/17. Wann is a small town of 85 or so. When we pay our box rent we just put it in an envelope & put in drop box which is what I did. The desk hrs are open 7:30 am to 11:30 am. When my box was locked for non-payment of Rent, my son took my receipt & showed to the clerk. She told him she never saw the envelope. The people who pick the mail up do not look at the outgoing mail. They just gather the mail up & put it in the truck. Now the clerk will not let me have my mail. What should I do?:

I paid by money order. My receipt I talked about was the money order receipt. I had to pay another $26 for 6 month rent & $20 late fee before I could get my mail.
