Went in to get clarification on mail delivery and basically, the "manager" and I got in to a argument and she threatened to call the police on me and have me arrested.

The employees at this location as well as upper management is horrible. I don't understand how so many people have complained and yet nothing is being done.

This post office carrier claims to deliver packages and doesn't, claims it doesn't deliver packages and does, leaves them outside at businesses unattended despite being asked not to and then falsely writes down that they are delivered inside, then says no one is available and we are sitting watching. If you call there is not answer. Absolutely horrendous customer service.

Claimed they delivered a package, but individual was home when said package was "delivered." The package was not delivered and they refuse to answer phone calls (I have called 40+ times over the course of 2 days).

I sent a Christmas card to my mom in Assistant living place on Lewis Street. It has correct address, more then enough stamps. You send it back to me because someone at your post office did not do his or her job well. I try to contact you numerous time.... You have a terrible phone service.... did not answer my phone call for HOURS.

My name is Kathryn (Kitty) Allain living at 1729 E 61st St, Tulsa 74136. I became handicapped 3 years ago. I find it so very painful trying to go outside to get my mail at the curb& I live alone. I'm requesting to have my mail delivered to my front because of my condition, which is getting worse. Please let me know how soon this can be accomplished and service start to deliver mail at my from door. I can put a bag on the door handle to put the mail in if that would be helpful. Thank you for you help and service! If this letter goes to wrong department , please make sure it gets to the Post Master General or to whom it may concern. Thank you. Kitty Allain
