Dishonest. Sperry Post Office games the system on package delivery to keep their statistics and keep from being audited. Customer inconvenience is never a consideration. They mark packages as "delivery attempted" without making a delivery attempt. I know this because I get notified of an attempted delivery failure from Amazon at 8 AM or earlier. My mail does not deliver until about 11:00 AM. This has happened several times. When I asked about it, I'm told they didn't have room on the vehicle. So, delivery was never actually attempted... I then asked why they don't automatically add it to the next day's delivery. The answer was hilarious, "because we have packages that come in on that day that must be delivered." And, "all packages that have been marked as "attempted delivery" require the customer to fill out the card to request redelivery. My mail carrier is great. The problem is with their management.

they never try to deliver packages. I always have someone waiting on my packages at my house and every time say I need to reschedule the delivery... LAZY!
