Our carrier, because of the snow apparently, only delivered to one side of the street today, 02/19/2025. I am expecting a very important letter and after not receiving any mail yesterday, I was glad to see the carrier driving by. Imagine my dismay when he went down the hill and never returned.to deliver mail to ANY of the homes on our side of the street. Furthermore, my calls to the post office to report the problem go unanswered. Chalk this up to yet ANOTHER bad experience we've had with the Sand Springs Post Office and a reason to NEVER use the US Mail again!
I mailed a package from Zirconia, NC to Sand Springs, Oklahoma. The sand springs post office delivered the package to the wrong address and now those people refuse to return the package to the post office. The post office says they have left 3 notes for those people, uet they will not return it. This is not the first time I've had issues with packages mailed from NC to Oklahoma. Everytime it is the sand springs post office that makes a mistake. I assure you that I will NOT be using the untied states postal service to send anything to my Oklahoma family again.
Sunday deliveries
I have a mailbox, I have two access points to my door-stairs and downhill and narrow path to my doorway. With all three of these options, the carrier keeps saying that they can't get to my doorway. If that is truly the case, then why is my doorway path not a problem on any other days? Also I've been sitting here since 8:00 am with my window right by the door anv view to street, I haven't seen anyone even try to make a delivery. I have 3 large dogs and none of them barked either. This Sunday carrier most likely did not even try to deliver my package. This one was delivered just fine Friday to my mailbox: Tracking ID: 9341989702090434524117; so why can't this one Tracking ID: 9341989702090434457378 or this one reach my door Tracking ID: 9341989702090434536295??? Same door, same mailbox, same type of packages-two small books, so why can't these be delivered when the other one on Friday doesn't have a problem? This really makes me angry! I would say the carrier today Sun Oct 6th is lazy and gives very poor service.
