Why on earth does it take so long to have forwarded mail delivered? I sent a package to my daughter which you received on Aug 20 and forwarded the next day Aug 21 to the new address - now I am being told it won’t be delivered until Sept 6th - why on earth! It is in same zip code - it is a wedding present for my granddaughter and that is tomorrow! Tracking number is 9374889702090954669573

ARE YOU BEING ROBBED ,NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE . SHOULD I BE CALLING THE POLICE ??? IS SOMEONE SHOOTING YOU ??? SOMEONE HELP THEM !!!

I want to thank Stephanie who went out of her way to help when I dropped mail in the collection box without postage.

Was on hold for 2 hours. They needed a tracking number showing package was delivered. Asked them if they would hold for a minute while I retrieved it as I was doing something else while I was on hold for 2 hours. They said they would than they hung up and now the phone just keeps ringing and nobody will answer. I am trying to get my dads medication for his heart which is very important. I live 4 hours away and can not get anybody with this post office to help

This is the absolute worst post office I have EVER had to endure in more than half a dozen cities in Oklahoma !! The employees are extremely rude & unprofessional & easily become irate when confronted about their repetitive mistakes on going since July 2019 . I am not the only one who has been complaining there more than a dozen post on Facebook about how terrible this post office is ! The employees are illiterate & incapable of reading / comprehension & follow directions ! I have updated my address twice to this post office with nothing but issues ! The continue to deliver my mail to the wrong address after going into the office every day for a week & updating the address through Usps!! I put my mail on hold several days ago on line because we were going out of town went in the office today and they didn’t have anything on hold at all & yet I still haven’t had my mail delivered!! I called & spoke with the manager Jason who said the carrier had several pieces of mail including my check that comes in the mail weekly !! He said the carrier would deliver it today however I still have not gotten any mail and it’s 7:30 pm ! All the post Office delivery vans are accounted for and parked at the office in the back meaning they did not bring my mail yet again !!!!! I have 5 kids and a husband who recently had his leg amputated!! I need my pay check !! Every week it’s late ! At least once a month they lose my mail ! They continue to deliver mail for people who do not Live at this address even though I have told them and told and updated the household ! I have had nothing but a bad experience with this post office and it continues ! Nothing is ever resolved period ! I am going to call news 4 in your corner and send them the videos I hav of your employees cursing yelling and acting extremely unprofessional being unable to take responsibility for their actions & mistakes ! It’s a federal crime to mess with peoples mail and I can’t help but feel this is intentional with the continued mistakes that have been on going for 7 months straight ! I guess when news 4 investigates they will be able to get to the bottom of it because Usps sure can’t seem to !! I’m tired of asking nicely and I’m not tired of my mail coming after 7 pm every single day ! Where is my mail that is missing !? Why can’t your ponca city Usps office account for my mail that was on hold that hasn’t been delivered and isn’t at their office !!
