We have a fantastic mail carrier but our apartment building requires a card key to get in and someone in the OCHA main office has not issued him one. That leaves residents in a bad situation! We are angry at OCHA and would like for our carrier to know that we REALLY appreciate the good service he has given us. Hopefully OCHA will do what is reasonable and issue him a card!!!!!

I have the usps app so I can track my packages and on the app it tells me my packages have been left with an individual which it has not. I dont see the point in lying on the app if it wasn't left monody then just say that. Its fricking ridiculous
