I wish to thank the staff of the Muskogee Post Office for their care and effort on my behalf. I had an important package sent to me from the Czech Republic; the sender wrote my zip code incorrectly, and the package ended up being shuffled between Tulsa and Muskogee. I called your post office twice, and a very kind gentleman and lady spent quite a bit of their time looking for my package. They (she, I think), eventually found it and readdressed it to my zip code of 07444, which is Pompton Plains, New Jersey. I received it yesterday. Again, many thanks for tour care and efforts! I have a subscription to the Wall Street Journal. This is a DAILY newspaper. Apparently you folks think it is a once or twice a week newspaper because that's how I receive them. Last week I got four in one day. Today (8/20) I received another four. You can do better than this!!!!!!!!

I live out of town on a rural route. My service was excellent until a year or so ago when our regular mailman changed. Now my box gets left open and mail falls out and the latest is not picking up mail from the box. I always purchased my stamps this way and now I'm afraid too. My service has declined from excellent to barely serviced.

the post office stinks. How can you say an address is non existent, when you deliver 9 times out of 10 the wrong mail to that house practically everyday. They need to get people that know how to read and sort properly. Half the time, my home ends up with the bulk of the crap mail for my side of the street, and because of the idiocy there, my husband did not receive his pike pass as he should have, because some moron said our address did not exist. Get your head out of your rump and see the light of day! Your customer service and delivery Sucks!

I expected delivery from Amazon on June 3. No delivery was made and I was notified it was because of an invalid address and to contact Amazon. When I did , they forwarded me to to USPS and I was told delivery could not be made until Monday because no package deliveries are made on Saturday . SURPRISE ! We received 2 packages today , Saturday . Why was I lied to ?

I mailed a bill for my mother a short time later she received the statement that was in the envelope, no envelope no check just the statement page for the bill and it had been stamped from Tulsa, would like to find out where the check went and the envelope. Something is very wrong here I watched my mailman pickup the letter----stamped envelope with bill statement and a check.
