Does anybody know how to find lost mail down here? After reading all the reviews about this office maybe someone needs to get some help down there! I'll have to see what I can do.

Has mail been 'held'..@1004 W. Georgia..?"

I've had an incredibly bad experience with local PO. Still having issues with mail not being delivered and have had this issue for over a year. was told different stories as to what the issue is. My wife was told I forwarded my mail to another address and PO wouldn't disclose info on where mail was supposedly being forwarded to. Then when I went in the PO person wouldn't help me and I was told I would get a call back. When I explained what my wife was told then I was told it wasn't that I forwarded mail but our house was listed as abandoned. I asked for this information to be updated and mail is still being returned to sender for all companies trying to mail me. Was treated with little respect and the employees acted as if I was a bother to them even though I was being very patient and understanding. After over a year of not getting mail this has caused several hours of my life to be wasted for dealing with this, with having to contact companies and I've had to have mail forwarded to work to simply get new debit cards or insurance cards. I've also had to pay several late fees and reconnect fees with utilities from not getting bills in mail. Poster master is never available and will not speak with me or my wife. Never received a call back regarding issue. The house was never abandoned, simply went on a on week vacation last year and this is when the problem started. Home is obviously not abandoned, even when I'm at work (or rarely on vacation) we have an extra vehicle always parked there. Please, I just want my wife and I's mail and to no longer have to continue dealing with this. Was told today that issue should be resolved but have already been told that historically with no resolution.

I am continually wondering why the area where the PO Boxes are remains undusted/cleaned on the walled box area by the PO Boxes. I have seen cleaning people in there sweeping and mopping the floors once in a blue moon, but, the area mentioned above is filthy. Piled with dirt, dust, and fuzz balls. I have watched that for the last two years and not one time has the lip edge on the box walls ever been cleaned/dusted. The floors are not cleaned often either.
