Postal Locations

This is not the first time but my mail carrier keeps robbing only my active awards or checks that come into my mailbox she post pictures of her drop them off in my mailbox and they are not there today she posted a picture of a check that came from brg which is my royalties and it's not in there just the junk mail the last time she done this she got a $20 Visa card that I gotten from Marlboro rewards took me 5,186 Marlboro cigarette packs to earn and she just wipes it and keeps it I don't know who to complain to I've already called the postmaster he told me oh I'm sorry I can't do nothing about it because it was past 30 days but they took 90 to get a hold of me

Attention post master and whomever it may concern. Yesterday, Friday (2-10-2023) I received not 1, not 2 but, 3 different items in my mailbox and not one of them was for my address. All 3 of them have different addresses on them. This is unacceptable!! My numbers are very clearly visible on my actual mailbox itself. Furthermore, I'm always missing utility bills. I've had to switch EVERYTHING to online billing because after paying late fees 2 times due to not receiving any bill in the mail. I was tired of late fees due to incompetence at the post office. I highly suggest you people get yourselves together before I have to come down to the post office and rattle some cages myself.

i LOVE bartlesville & my mail carrier is incredible, but find it a little ridiculous that during this BUSIEST time of year the east side bartlesville, ok location never has more than 1 person working. i have back problems & have been by there a dozen times and each time the line is OUT THE DOOR. EVERY time. i've got a lawn chair in the back of my car now & i swear i'm taking it with me today & if there's a long line again i'm taking it with me to sit in as i move up in the line. RIDICULOUS. employees are nice & very competent, can't say enough good about them, but i'm guessing they are because they know people are NOT gonna be happy about the constant long lines. yes i know i can arrange home pickups, and i haven't resorted to that yet, but may have to. (i am hoping the back problems aren't permanent.)
