2x now I've had a package attempted to deliver when no one attempted to deliver it. Lazy...called to ask why this has happened 2times and why we have to be waiting by the mailbox for them to even try to attempt delivering a package like we did the other day? I'm sorry but snow is stopping them from coming to my door?! There are two walkways through my yard, the driveway and the mailbox...no reason not to do your job. What happens if they walk and deliver...if there is snow around the mailbox they don't walk through it?! PITIFUL! And the guy at the office, rude! He would feel just as pissed as me if no attempt was made to deliver packages he was waiting for. Do your jobs!

Called in today and asked for 2 sheets of International Forever stamps. The guy on the desk said "No". I asked why not, he informed me "Because we don't have any. There are some in the vault but we have no access". This is the second time I have waited in line to be told this!! Is it a Post Office or not?? It reminds me of the Pub with no beer. Extremely poor service - not impressed
