I BUY THINGS OFF OF E-BAY AND SOME THINGS HAVE FREE SHIPPING AND OTHERS DON'T . IF THERE IS SHIPPING ON AN ITEM I WANT . THE SHIPPING AND THE PRICE IS PAID AT TIME OF PURCHASE . I JUST HAD ONE WITH $10.65 SHIPPING AND WAS PAID TO SHIPP THE ITEM . WITCH WAS FINE .WHEN IT GOT TO WEST MANSFIELD ,OHIO ,THR POST OFFICE SAID I OWED $25.10 IN SHIPPING AND WAS BEING HELD AT POST . I AM TIRED OF THIS POST OFFICE ADDING MORE SHIPPING ON ITEMS I HAVE ALREADY PAID SHIPPING ON !! SOME ONE NEEDS TO GET INVESTIGATED FOR THIS . IT SOUNDS LIKE A SCAM TO ME !!

Kim is the rudest employee! Package delivered on Saturday that was all beat up and had a mile of tape around it. It was supposed to be 7 pairs of jeans, it was one. When I spoke to her she said it was not her problem! I asked why she had accepted it from UPS if it was such a mess. Kim told me she has NEVER not accepted a package from them. Also, the label states it is a nine pound package which it obviously wasn’t. Kim told me they never read the labels so that info doesn’t matter. USPS takes no rest for my stolen merchandise.
