Please, this post office needs a handicap ramp. Way too many steep steps.

After waiting all day for a package I was sent a message telling me to pick it up at the post office. I have one day a week off as a caretaker. Thank you for wasting that day waiting for you to deliver a package that never came. I bet you got home on time mail carrier. I am so frustrated.

A Christmas card was returned from this post office as NSN. My sister has lived there for 30!yrs and the address is correct. She says mail delivery is hit or miss. Have you returned to the 1800s for cris sakes. I grew up in little old Troy and haven’t lived there for 60 yrs and know nothing has changed between ridge and floral or Staunton or west market in those years. Get with it.

A one of a kind $125 item was improperly marked as delivered in the mailbox three or four houses before the carrier got to my house. And unfortunately, the person receiving it wasn't kind enough or honest enough to get it back for correct delivery. Now the post office is simply saying the are sorry while we are out an irreplaceable item and $125! I thought the post office wired for the people. Apparently not in Troy?

I usually ship out packages for my business once a week. The one time I went into the Troy Post Office when it was open, the employees were all extremely rude. I now use the self serve machine when they are closed.

I was in the post office this morning, Had a redheaded lady. She was not only not even remotely helpful. She was rude and condescending. I have sent out packages in the past with this branch. I will not be doing it again. She was a horrible representative of Troy.

The Troy Post office has awful, rude employees. My mail is thrown on my porch in the rain, snow, sleet, and hail. Small boxes that could be set inside my screen are just thrown on the porch with no covering. My mailbox is left open when it is raining or snowing, my mail is unreadable. I have called on 3 occasions and received the most rude responses. A woman named April said she was the supervisor and that they tell the postal workers not to put packages inside the screen door, just in case I am coming out with a dog...REALLY?!? She then went on and said if a box can't fit in your mailbox we will leave it here, so you can pick it up...I said I did not ask you to do that, just please tell the mail carrier not to throw my stuff on the porch in the rain, she said very rudely, "is there anything else I can do for you"? and then hung up! I am livid! I wish I didn't have to deal the USPS!

First let me say I was a big fan of the postal service and always have had great customer service with them. Recently I have had a couple of experiences with I believe his name is Ron at the Troy office, where no matter how small of a service I ask for it just seems to be a complete bother to him and an annoyance. I understand he must have his time in to which his job is safe no matter how rude or completely unable to do his job he is. This is why people have lost a lot of respect with the postal service and hope the Troy office will do something about this issue. Please bring back old fashioned customer service with a smile it will help you a lot.

I have had numerous problems with receiving mail processed by this post office. Regardless of whether the mail originates here or comes her immediately prior to delivery, this location seems to excel in only one area - losing mail. I have had countless letters lost in their system and employees are unable to assist, they only place blame or recommend I purchase more expensive post options. Horrible customer service.

When there is one inch of snow, the mail truck can't get up our drive. This used to be a walking route. We haven't gotten mail for 6 days now(again). UPS has delivered several packages to our door this week, by walking our drive(we're in town). In addition, we constantly get our neighbors mail and they get ours. We have gone around and around with the Postmaster. Anyone else having delivery issues?

Just came here to pick up a package at exactly 5 and I know they close at 5pm but the door was unlocked. I didn't get get the lady's name working at the counter but she had blonde long hair and was was rude. Manners are universal. All I needed to do was pick up a package.
