these people hire mentally ill people to work at this station, and you get what you ask for. they are the MOST DISRESPECTFUL , LAZY EMPLOYEES I HAVE EVER WITNESSED IN MY LIFE!!!! I know for a fact that carriers have claimed false co-vid 19 positive tests , just to get paid time off. they are liars who dont do their jobs which our tax dollar's pay for. a investigation by the post master's office should definitely be conducted on this branch!
there has got to be a criminal investigation done at this post office !!! the stupidvisor named brandy(however it's spelled) is not worthy of title of stupidvisor !!! they deliberately don't mail your mail (imo) and after i called and asked about why my paycheck and my IRS information didn't get mailed? she said the carrier could not get in my security door but when i told her that the USPS app said i had mail on 1-10-22 she then begins to tell me that just because you seen a picture of your mail on the app(which i have screen shot ) doesn't mean it came from that office and it may have been done at the hub in Detroit Mich WTF!!! SO NOW MY CHECK HAS NOT BEEN RETURNED TO SENDER OR MY IRS INFO FOR THAT MATTER and my rent is due on the 3rd of February??? if anybody at the post master generals office is seeing this PLEASE DO SOMETHING !!!!!
Just to say by far the worst customer service I had surgery needed some stuff delivered and u guys put a note in the mailbox saying item wont fit u dont say it's over 4 ft where were u fitting it bc my porch is by far big enough just to lazy to make the effort I guess must b nice to b as paid as much as u guys and dont pick up the phones or do ur jobs correctly..
Packages are put in my mailbox but they are not there. Why are the packages not scanned.? This has happened three times within the last couple months.Please scan packages when delivered.
