When is a package that weighs 13.6 oz and can be shipped first class become 16 oz at the post office and have to be shipped at a higher rate. I Ship daily and normally print out all of my shipping labels. U take some to the post office to save our carrier all of the extra work. If I had printed the shipping label at home it would have been considerably cheaper like around 4-5 dollars but I was charged 9.80 because 13.6 oz is charged at more than 16oz inside the post office. Oh it weighed 13.6 oz as the postal clerk told me but they changed the rules when he wasn't there one day. I'd like a response and a refund.

I live in Bexley Place Homeowners Association at the Far East end of Strongsville. My address is 13152 Northpointe Circle, Strongsville, Ohio. This development has a total of 28 homes with primarily senior citizens as residents. Our development did not receive mail again yesterday- January 26,2022. I have contacted the USPS regarding my concern especially because many of our elderly homeowners rely on daily medication delivery thru the USPS. Can you please address this issue and contact me back with a resolution as soon as possible. . 440465 0499

they work very badly, very slowly, pretend that they don't understand you when they see that you are an immigrant, the letter you put in their mailbox takes 2-3 weeks, or disappears

Its 6 50 pm 19 JAN 2021. I still have not gotten my mail. This street is always last to get mail. When another driver gets this route I get it by 4pm. Im still waiting for 2 med insurance bill from December. You should not be taking time off till you get your mess under control.

*Comments below are not read by postal employees. WELL MAYBE THEY SHOULD BE........! Strongsville Post Office (AKA) The Bermuda Triangle, packages enter but are NEVER seen again. Complete Incompetence! And don't blame Covid, I regularly receive packages from FEDEX and UPS, 95% on-time and if not, at most a day late. I will never do business with any company that insists on using the USPS again.

I mailed a package from Broadview Heights, Ohio, on November 30. On December 29, it arrived at the Strongsville, Ohio post office. My destination for this package is Albuquerque, New Mexico. One month later and my package is still in Ohio.

I would like to thank the postal carrier that thought the flower bed was a better place for my package than the front porch. In order to thank you properly, I will be sending the photos of you from my security cameras to someone that will hopefully do something about it!

I have a package that has been sitting in this post office since Dec.5. There is no explanation of why. Today is Dec.18, and WHY has has it still not moved? It's only coming from there to another town in Ohio.

I have been trying for over 3 months to schedule a time for someone to meet a maintenance person on site for the replacement of a broken base to a gang mail box. The base is the associations responsibility to replace, but the actual box needs opened to access the bolts to remove the old base and put the new one in. Absolutely no help from the Strongsville Post Office or the USPS.com. Box is going to fall over and there is nothing we can do about it because they won't do their part in helping. If you aren't going to allow access to fix them then you should be responsible for replacing the boxes and the bases!

Called today to see if they had my package that they claim was delivered yesterday and was put on hold twice and after 36 minutes had to hang up. Terrible customer service. I have MS and cannot easily get into the post office.

Have had trouble with mail delivery and it gets worse and worse. Vendors are not receiving our checks and we have to stop payment and re-issue. The problem has magnified tenfold the past 2 years

With a clean drive way my driver just tossed 3 packages in the snow by the mail box and drove on. This is the best you can do now?

I just had my regular carrier retire after 17 years of service to me. He was excellent. Maybe 3 pieces of someone else's mail in all that time. Great guy, went the extra mile. Our post office in Strongsville has always given me excellent service.

the worst service ever. They have lost or hidden 3 packages sent to me in the last 7 months. The last one was delivered to the wrong house and was opened by the occupant. There were medications in the package. Who knows what mail was removed. The branch manager tried to say the mix up occurred because the lael was not clear and the 5 could have been seen as a 6. come on! It was printed using the program the usps provides for vendors. It was clearly marked. This manager never conceded that the carrier errored in delivering to the wrong house. I try to avoid using the post office because of these types of screw ups that they take no responsibility for.
