On 10-29-2021 a substitute worker delivered my package to the wrong ,(but similar) address. Both Street names begin with the same letter and are around the corner from each other. I know this as my Ring doorbell caught a pic of the postman that day. Besides, P.O. management tracked the package & verified the incorrect delivery location. NOTHING was done about this. The substitute denied "wrong-place" delivery (even though I have picture evidence otherwise) and told me that the regular guy should try to get my package back. Not pleased...this mess is ongoing as the company that sent the package is demanding payment and I still don't have my item...grrrr

Have a package that I've been tracking for days now. Said 3 days ago that it was "Out for Delivery" and still nothing. Went to the office and they can't even help locate the package. How long does a package stay in a truck before it's delivered? This is both business impacting and a HUGE disappointment. They never have more than one window open no matter how many people are in line, so hopefully nobody needs to do anything like sending a package, letter, or buying stamps when you arrive or you will be waiting in line a half an hour to be dissapointed.

Sadly disappointed at the lack of knowledge of the clerk on passports. This is the second post office which does not know requirements of passports as if to deter customers from having to do work.
