I rarely do this, but because it is so very important, I made the determination that it was time to let someone at your location know my concern. On two separate occasions, I have placed mail (both time sensitive bills) in my mailbox for pick up at Roaming Shores. Both of those bills were placed for mail well in advance of the due date. In both cases - three weeks in advance. Both of those bills went astray and did not reach their destination in time to avoid late payment fees. I have never had to pay late payment fees and it is very annoying. Not sure what is happening. Is my mail laying in the truck for weeks? Is it being placed in an incorrect location once it reaches the post office? I will not be using this service any more and will drive to your facility to mail any time sensitive items of mail. I am hoping you can discuss this with your employees and remind them that when mail is picked up, it is handled carefully and correctly. Thank you.
