Kathy at Rockbridge Ohio USPS spoke to me on the March 17, 2026 about my package coming from CA, skipping Columbus Ohio (Logan Co. Hub) going to Rockbridge OH. Kathy had sent it to Columbus OH to be sent to me. Columbus wouldn't answer their phone, so I waited. My tracking said it was still in Rockbridge, I called Kathy back & she said she texted/emailed Columbus Oh on 19th.on March 20, I received the package and Kathy called me to ask if I received it & that was so kind! Hat's Off To Kathy, she knows how to make customer's very happy. Thank you again Kathy, God Bless You.

Constantly having issues with packages. I’ve had them say it was delivered at my garage door then find it 3 days later in my CAR! Had a package delivered Monday said it was delivered on my porch or by front door and couldn’t find it till I went to the mailbox and found it completely smashed in the mail box!
