Hi there! for some reason when I put mail in my mailbox to be picked up, it never gets picked up. For three days straight I have tried to have mail picked up. My flag is always up, today I went out to check my mailbox and I had mail that was delivered to me in the box but the mail I have been trying to send out was there again today, odd thing was the flag was down and I know for a fact I put the flag up. My husband even painted the flag a deeper red color and I still have problems getting my mail picked up.
