If sending a parcel and this is the location it has to go through, choose FedEx, DHL, UPS, etc... instead. A drone will most likely get it there faster. Sent a gift that had been waiting for a "next day delivery" for 3 weeks, yet i sit at my desk and see the letter carrier everyday sans my coworkers gift.

Not sure what is going on with this post office but I have to say this is the worst post office I had to deal with Yes I retired from the post office and I know as a carrier myself I made sure my customers were taking care of. With that being said that once again we had no delivery today and my out going mail will have to wait Another day which is ok since last time my out going mail never made it to their destination and that particular day I had two mail delivery since they didn’t come on that Monday either I am really losing faith in the Pickerington po and GOD forbid you try to speak to the Postmaster about their customer service they get their panties ruffled so please Pickerington PO please get better at the service that you owe ur customers I’m a fair person and i would not complain but being that I was an employee at one point this is inexcusable

Continuously we do not receive mail after being notified that we have mail coming. Also, the mail is incorrectly held or delivered on vacation holds. We call the PO and nobody answers the phone. We are not given any feedback for our issues. Who is the Postmaster? The internet information is incorrect.

I live in Melrose. We just got a new carrier, after the mail runs everyone has to essentially drive around the neighborhood to deliver the mail that was randomly put in their box. My kids school pictures went to a house a few streets over! I was just excepting the sloppiness until my Amazon order was returned because ‘there was a problem with address’ ie. delivered to the wrong address. Not sure if anything can be done, but this is awful. Everyone is always worried if bills, checks or other important items are misdelivered or just gone. The laughable part is, postage is increasing yet nothing is delivered properly.

I mailed my county taxes on July 12, 2018 outside the Pickerington post office along with 2 other checks. On Sept. 5, I received a notice of late taxes. I discovered that the post mark on the check the county finally received was postmarked Aug. 24 from COLUMBUS. I also mailed 2 other bills with the tax bill. My bank cashed both checks on July 16, 4 days after being mailed. The check had to have been sitting either at Pickerington or a Columbus post office for over a month. This has cost me $186.98. After having to spend time figuring out the problem, I now have to fill out forms and documentation that I, in fact, did pay the taxes on time. Very time consuming and frustrating. On a better note, I love my mail delivery lady. She works hard and cares about her people in the Stonehenge Court, Pickerington area

My mail "person" has not come to my door twice for a certified letter to be signed. He leaves it in my mailbox, causing me to make a trip to the post office to pick it up (I work from home). I've spoken to the manager at this post office, but it just happened again today!
