Horrible! Not delivering packages in a timely manor, lying about why packages aren't delivered

Brandy at the Orrville branch was both friendly and extremely helpful. I recently moved into a townhome and needed to pick up a mailbox key. I started a new job with an hr and half commute just before moving in and would not be able to physically pick up the key. Brandy try to to help me with alternatives, because my job mailed my first two paychecks, leaving me without access to any money. She was empathetic and kind and that sort of professionalism is a direct reflection on the Orrville, Oh Postal service. Thank you Brandy for all of your help. V/r, SFH
