It’s a little past 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday December 7th,2023. Was wondering why I haven’t received my mail yet. My wife gets an email everyday telling us what we can expect. So I don’t understand why we haven’t gotten our mail.

been waiting since Wednesday for a small package to arrive(now Saturday). It was scheduled to be delivered Wednesday by 9:00PM February 2. Nothing, Thursday snowstorm. Friday cars on roads, no delivery. Service from this office has went downhill for the past year. Now you won't even let me use my new email address or my name. What a sorry operation.

I have had the most unpleasant experience with the postmaster and one of the carriers. Someone was kind enough to hold my mail for me while I dealt with the selling of my fathers home, my father in the hospital, and no home to go to until he is released and we move to Arkansas. I was advised not to get a post office box (by someone working in the post office) , I would have to buy one for 6 months and since we would be leaving in 2 weeks just put the mail on hold- I informed them I would pick up the mail on Mon. and Thurs.- so, first week went well- no problems, 2nd. week stopped by and they refused to give me mail, said I had to put in change of address, very rude about it, I was told to call post master (which is who I thought I made arrangements with in the first place) he also was very rude even when I explained the situation to him- he informed me that when he finds out who told me they would hold it they would be fired. NOW last time I knew- the government works for us- and yes I know there are rules to follow-but there is no reason to be so snippy about it- also- this is my mail- and my dad's- they have no right to withhold either of our mail when I already made arrangements- they acted as if I was lying even when I'm pretty sure they had to be aware the mail was on hold and that I was picking it up- so- I will use another branch of service even if I have to drive to Arkansas to do so....and I would like the people that I spoke with to know that being rude is never going to get you a good review! I would like to commend the people that did help me- because they lightened my load for me- I will from this day forward also get the names of who I am speaking with- my fault on that- use another office than this one- they will still have their jobs- because after all- the mail will get delivered... but I can refrain from buying anything from them again.
