I filled out a permanent change of address card but my mail is not being forwarded. It is being sent back to sender as undeliverable. What do I need to do to change this process ?
Our Business depends on the mail delivery for samples. The mail is delivered late in the afternoon, about 4:30 or so. We can't have this!! There may be water samples that could freeze and burst open. I'm sorry but this is uncalled for!! The mail carrier used to deliver the mail around 2:00 PM. We can live with that, but 4:30 after we are closed, no!!! I guess we'll have to have our customers send samples in by Fedex or UPS.
Today I watched postal delivery person zip past my mailbox-with the flag up-and not stop. I don't know who the carrier is, but they should have stopped to pick up the mail in the box. I'm not going to defend the carriers anymore. Sorry!
Nothing but a hassle at our address!! Multiple times mail isn’t delivered or packages bc “wrong address”!!!!! Sent back to PO, message left to pu and it isn’t even there, still on truck. I have a package to be delivered today, sent back to PO!!!!! I am so over the service we get here. Driver has been reported many times....no changes.
We are extremely disappointed in the service we are now getting from our mail carrier/s. We live at 72 Critchfield Street EXT. In the past serval months, we have received numerous pieces of mail that belonged to others on our street. One day last week received 10 bank statements and none of them belonged to us. The community spends their time delivering mail to each other because the new mail carrier/s either can't read or just don't care. I watched our mail carrier (female long dark hair) throw a package out the mail truck window on to the ground then get out and pick it up and take to my neighbor's house. (just one of many incidents that have been witnessed) We have repeatedly had our mail push through the back of the mailbox getting wet in the rain and today covered with snow. We understand that this is a demanding job but don't understand why in the past six months it has gotten to this point that we have to complain weekly and have seen no improvement. We have lived here since 2001 and had none of these issues when Darlene was our carrier. I hope that service improves immediately!
