Mail carrier kicked my dog, went after my dog with his vehicle all on my property. My dog is a service dog and is very friendly. Called the post office and they said their employees have the right to harass and abuse animals even if my mailbox is 300 yards away from where the carrier drove on my property Same mail carrier has failed to deliver mail that has registration stickers and park passes in it. Been getting homophobic treatment from all USPS Marysville employees. .

Don't blame the Postal Workers, they work very hard. Louis DeJoy, republican appointed by Trump needs to be fired. He is the problem. Postal Service was great until he was appointed.

You suck! Your delivery times are inconsistent! One day you deliver at 11:30, then you don’t come until 12:45!?!?!? Are you kidding me!?!?!? You are the WORST BRANCH OF THE POSTAL SERVICE IN THIS ENTIRE STATE!!! GET IT TOGETHER!!! Also, there are no kids who post on this site.

I was informed that my package was delivered to my mail box 3/14. It was not there. It was a coffee maker. Apparently the carrier placed the key to the bigger box in someone's mailbox. This is the second time this year it has happened. I have contacted WalMart but they don,t reply. I am requesting that none of my future orders are shipped via USPS.

We have not received mail or seen a mail truck in our neighborhood since Tuesday May 26, 2020. We also have not had any cars in front of our house either where the mail could not be delivered. My husband and I live at on Sycamore Drive, Marysville Ohio. Is there a reason for our mail not to be delivered? Your mail lady will drive by our house even when I have come out after she has passes and has ignored me and my neighbor trying to get her attention. She just drives off like we were invisible. I have preserved two items on different dates to be delivered to my by postal service and I have not received one of my items losing close to $100.00. I am retired and stay at home, I think I would see items on my porch or in my mailbox. Will never order another item to be delivered to my house by the postal service since I can’t seem to get one item. Please address my concerns. I am not receiving my mail or my orders costing me money I count on. Is there something wrong with us? We sure feel that way.

I had a package that said it was delivered on 3/11. When I got home, it wasn't there. I called the after-hours line for the post office and told them what was going on. The next day, someone from the Marysville Post Office contacted me. She said there was a temporary driver who delivered my package to the wrong house. She was able to tell which house it was so they delivered a notice to that house so they knew he post office knew they had my package. On 3/13 She let me know that her supervisor wanted her to close the case so "she didn't have to deal with it," which is a terrible business move if you ask me. She assured me that she would still help me on Monday (3/16) when she got back in. I didn't hear from her so I called back in on 3/17 letting them know I never got my package. She said there was nothing else they could do to help me. I think this is absurd for a couple of reasons. 1. They admitted that it was THEIR mistake and still didn't come up with an acceptable solution. 2. The supervisor wanted to close the case before there was anything remotely close to a solution. With ethics like these, I can't imagine why people are using post offices less and less...

Sounds like our mail carrier, she doesn’t like delivering packages she can’t put in the mail box, she claimed she can’t turn around in our driveway which nobody else has had trouble doing, so instead of leaving a notice in the mail box to let us know there’s a package waiting the at the post office she just takes them back to the post office. I have had 3 packages I claimed was loss but were actually at the post office. One was there since September 2020. She’s lazy, she doesn’t do her job.

Our post officer has a hard time putting our mail in the correct box. That makes it really bad for us though. I completely understand what that have a hard and consuming job to do honestly. Please don't get me wrong. I admire all postal workers and employees truly! My father whom is one in a million worked many years at the Columbus OH Postal Service. He would not take a day off like your every day person does. No instead he just worked everyday. He would take his paid vacations. But he is now happily retired and enjoying all his days off!!!!!!

Such a terrible experience today! I have loved this post office and the employees I have had before (two sweet women). Today I went in with all of my information to get my passport renewed since I got my name changed. I brought it to the counter and wanted to double check that I had all of the information they needed. The man who "helped" me told me that I had to go through the process completely again, although I had read several times online that what he was saying wasn't the case. He took awhile trying to find where it said this information and I appreciated that. However, he did not seem to listen to my side, showing him the words that proved the form I was using was acceptable. In the midst of this, his co-worker, who appeared to be a manager looked at the man helping me and said "we need to get moving here, it's past processing time. I'll talk to her (referring to me), but you need to help other customers." I picked up all of my things and said "sorry for taking up so much of your time" the other employee was helping someone else and didn't even bother to stop me from leaving to get help from him, although I just needed to simply mail my information. I then called the passport processing and they said I was completely right the whole time. Which means I have to make another trip to this post office where I feel uncomfortable because clearly, I was an inconvenience to them. An appointment is not required for what I needed. I felt so embarrassed and so frustrated for wasting my time.
