Always courteous and respectful of others time. They answer the phone in a prompt manner when I call, and have gone above and beyond to help me with parcel issues if they happen. The postal guidelines are also fairly easy to understand.

Typical government agency. No customer service. No Help. Always closed to anybody who works. Never answer the telephone. Unreasonable demands on customer, etc... Dealing with these people is impossible. Just attach your letter to a passenger pigeon and you'll be better off.

These past few months we've received neighbors packages multiple times and have had our packages delivered to the wrong addresses (our house number is on our mailbox and is reflective for nighttime as well) Lucky for us we live in a nice neighborhood and local management sent an apology letter. However, we just received a package purchased from Amazon that USPS delivered and the box smelled so heavily of cigerrete smoke I couldn't even bring it in the house. I can deal with wrong deliveries, mistakes happen, but to deliver packages to customers with that odor is unprofessional! Not pleased. :(
