Over the past 2 yrs I have made numerous requests for vacation mail hold and mail forwarding. 4 times they have screwed up. 2 weeks ago I made a request in person to have my mail forwarded for the winter months to our second home. Today my neighbor called to say my mailbox is stuffed full and packages sitting in the front porch. This negligence makes at risk for robbery and theft of checks in my mailbox. 4 times shows total disregard for the residence and these people should be fired.

My daughter and I are likely not going on a full family vacation because one of the workers at the Loveland Post Office told me NOT to expedite our passports. I had the check written and everything and he said we don't need to expedite. Now we are one week past the non-expedited date and still no passports. Our departure date is in two days. Frustrated beyond belief. Please DO NOT Listen to them if they say this to you!

Our mail lady Lisa does a wonderful job in her duties as a US Postal Service worker. She is courteous and thoughtful in providing exceptional service to our Brandywine Development community in Loveland. She delivers our mail with care and precision. Importantly she makes every effort to know the individuals whom she is delivering mail too. People like Lisa working for the USPS only enhances the image of massive governmental bureaucracy. I can only hope her superior's appreciate her hard work. Exceptional service should always be rewarded!

The Loveland post office is a joy to go into. The men and women who work here, go above and beyond to help me. I think those you don't stop and chat, are always the ones who complain.

Normally there is a nice man there who is greying and seems a lot like captain Ron to me. He is great and helps you get the best price and best situation for whatever you’re sending. There is a younger man who works there with a pony tail and brown hair who is rather mean and has zero patience. If you see him, maybe bring in hater spray to ward off the hate he emits. Other than this younger brown pony tail fella, this is a great post office.

Waited all day for package to be delivered, postman stopped, put mail in mailbox and went on. He stopped and backup, thought he was going to deliver my package, wrong, he started going forward again and went on. Then USPS tracking tells me @ 7:31 tried to deliver. NO came to my house @ that time. Security camera shows me that! "Delivery Attempted - No Access to Delivery Location" LIAR LIAR

Has anybody else had problems with deliveries on Lindenhall. We are missing several pieces of mail over the last few days, that were delivered according to USPS.Com. When a neighbor complained yesterday, he was told there was nothing the PO could do. Bulk mail & publications do not seem to be a problem, only 1st Class mail!

William is the reason I won't go to this post office, which sucks because I've had a Loveland address since 1987, and lived a block away for seven years. I'd rather go to another town. I hate having to go in there because I know he's going to be a jerk. I've seen him treat other customers in line terribly many times. He's been nasty to my mother. I've complained before and have read dozens of complaints about him online. I don't know how he still has a job, he's a terrible representation for customer service for the post office. I'll go anywhere now than Loveland, and that's sad.

Hello. I am inquiring about a package I ordered and my post office here in Owego ny tells me it was delivered to my address on April 22nd, well it was not. the last location I can find is you guys at Loveland ohio. It tells me the package was delivered in Loveland Ohio. Here is the tracking number LW079131190CN. Could you please check and let me know if you have it or it was sent on to me. It seams to me if it was sent on other locations should have been listed. thank you in advance..paul martin

I have lived here in Loveland for 52 years and just the past few years the mail has been so screwed up. I get other peoples mail and they get mine. A man from two streets over from me gets my mail in his box and brings it to me. All the years I've lived here I never had this problem. Half the time I can't even tell if they are a mailman. I have a different one all the time. I had the same mailman for years .His name was Paul and not one time was the mail ever messed up like it is now. PLEASE PLEASE fix this problem.

Very bad service. Our mail gets delivered to our neighbors and we get their mail - repeatedly. We stopped our mail while out of town for Thanksgiving, filled out 'stop mail', went to pick up today and our mail was not there at the Loveland Post Office. Our mail was delivered while we were gone!! Unacceptable.

William is very rude. The postmaster needs to fire him maybe the postmaster in dc could deal with him. I go to another post office for my mailing needs

Poor service. Always treated poorly, will go out of my to not go there. Staff always seem to be "bothered" to simply serve you. The need a completely new staff.
