O.K. I'm a upset a lot. I did a change of address with the postmaster herself in Randolph for my mail to go to my new P.O.Box in Randolph. Why in the hell is it going to my mother's P.O. Box in Hartford, Ohio? This has happened to me before and I marked Individual also back then and I was getting my parent's mail down in Newport News, Va. Why fill out a change of address card when It's not done right? I have very personal paper's coming and my lawyer said we will also deal with the post office. If I made someone mad that I don't know about here is my number 234-244-7154. This is unreal. I will be calling Kinsman PO tomorrow which is Sat.July,21,2018. I would also would like for everyone to quit opening up my father's mail. Robert Secovitch. He has brain damage and now his mail is being opened and It's all his Ins. plans. UNREAL
