Postal Locations

On my informed delivery it said I had a package delivered (left in mailbox) on March 21 and March 22 that I never received them, I live in an apartment complex so you need a key to get in my mailbox. So it must have got put in the wrong mailbox or it was never delivered. Then today April 1 I got an email and text saying I have 2 packages delivered and they were put in my mailbox but there are no packages in there. Usually when this happens and I call the post office they just tell me informed delivery is wrong but it has always been right in the past.

This is the second time in 2 months that a carrier has left a package near our garage door – in the rain – even though our front door is only yards away. I don’t know who was the carrier that day, but our usual carrier as well as other delivery personnel have never had a problem bringing packages to the front door. It was a bag that I found in a puddle of rainwater, and I would not have even known it was there had I not happened to walk in that direction. For all I know it has been sitting there for 2 days, as that was the last time I had been near the garage door. I do not know who made the delivery, but as I myself had been a rural carrier for one year I am well aware of the required procedures for delivering packages. I have tried repeatedly to contact my local post office but so far, I cannot get through on the telephone line –the last time was the same – which is why I am notifying you here.

This is one of the worst post offices in the county along with the post in mt victory. The employee Kyle that works in Kenton is absolutely terrible and the lady that delivers my mail in my victory almost ran my daughter over something needs to be done about both of these people.
