Package not delivered that was out for delivery. Notice said " Notice Left (No Secure Location Available) HANOVERTON, OH 44423 December 28, 2016 5:49 pm". My mailbox is the same mailbox that has been there for 50 years, it is large enough for the book that is in the package and it has NEVER been described as not secure. The mail person just forgot to put in the mailbox and is now blaming the mailbox. I am sure the notice was generated after the mail person returned to the post office, thus the time of notification of 5:49 PM. The mail was delivered around 3:00 PM. That should have been the time for the "not secure" notification.
