The people in person at the office are nice and helpful, and very efficient. However, when it comes to answering phones, apparently everyone there is incapable. I was trying for more than forty minutes to call this post office to ask a simple question and it either rang for two minutes before hanging up or I got a busy signal. I finally called another p. o. close by and got my question answered.

home delivery, in Greenville, SUCKS !! My mail isn't being delivered til after 7:00-8:00 pm !! and then the dumb idiot delivers it, can't seem to get it in the right mailbox !! My mail has been in my neighbors' mailbox, for the past 3 days !!! Sounds like we need an over-haul, at the Greenville Post Office !!

I have had mail that has been in need of pick up for the last 3 days now. The mail person isn't checking our mailbox. I want this resolved, and want to know why my mailbox isn't being checked.

Home delivery is very poor. We have meds and important info delivered almost daily. Have subscription to daily newspaper that is delivered in mail - lately it is not consistant. Have talked tp postmaster twice in last few days. no improvement! Thank u.
