Well I thought it was self explanatory to shut the god d*mn mailbox lid but apparently my carrier is a little slow. Or I’ll come home to mail literally hanging out of my mailbox and on the ground, but that’s only after I have to pick up all of his cigarettes off my driveway. Just a trashy human being. How hard is your job? You drive around all day. And by looking at the other reviews. This is a known issue.

Terrible! We go on vacation twice a year for 2 weeks and they never are capable of delivering the mail to us when we get back! I have done both online hold and in person it doesn’t matter they still can’t get it right. And the excuses they (she) comes up with! I’ve heard it all! I’m so tired of this, when you’re gone for 2 weeks there are bills that have to be paid when you get home. I paid some of them online but not all. I pay them online because you never know if your mail will be stolen (has been) or just lost by the post office. She said they would deliver it tomorrow or I could come get it today. I picked delivery so I wouldn’t have to deal with the condescending @$#€h. And I know I’m not the only one who feels this way because I’ve had discussions right outside of the post office about her.

I live in a development were we have a Community mailbox. Ive had so may issue with the service. Because the mailman couldn’t open the box fir whatever reason we dont get mail. I called to ask what was going on and the lady that answered (Vivan) was very rude. There’s no need to be rude to your customers.

My mail carrier is excellent. The problem is in the post office itself. For two years now I have either gotten my bills late or not at all. Yesterday was the last straw I received a late notice letter from my electric company stating I had seven days from the date of the notice to pay my bill. The problem is I received this on the fifth now giving me three days. I have complained to the electric company, the city utilities department and all I get is there’s nothing they can do. The worse part is I live directly behind the post office......this is sad and honestly I’m considering moving out of grafton for this very reason. I’m not happy whatsoever and to be perfectly honest I feel my bill should be covered by you guys this is just bs. I have documented this same occurrence 11 times in two years. Pathetic

Grafton post office doesn't know how to do their job there has been numerous times where I didn't get my bills and got other people's mail and they have gotten mine I've spoken to the Post Master 3 times the first time she told me she would talk to the mailman and it didn't do any good the second time she told me she would personally put a note on my mailbox saying to deliver my mail and my mail only and she never did and the 3rd time she (Post Master)told me that the mailman is having problems with his eyes and I told her that he shouldn't be delivering the mail and that I was gonna call the United States Postal Service and file a complaint and she said she would personally deliver my mail fom now on and today I got a bill that was dated the 6th and today is the 11th and there's days where I don't get my mail until 6 pm so I'm fed up with their ignorance and I'm gonna call the USPS on them

I agree with the complaint above the sane exact thing thing happens to me all the time I've even bought things on line n never received them thus happened 3 times the seller had documentation that these items were mailed to me so it cist me money cause the post office doesn't pay attention to what they are doing. My uncle was the post master where he lived hes now retired and he said its just plain laziness on the carrier and the post master.
