What is up with the new drive up, which it's NOT, mail box at the Geneva, Ohio post office??? You have to get out of your car to deposit your mail. I sure hope you change this! The old one worked just fine!

I want to know why the postal service can not find my address when any other carrier can? They lost 2 packages and I had to find the 3 package totally on the wrong porch address not even close to mine.

You have once again screwed up. I ordered checks and instead of delivering them, that IS your job right? you had them returned without my knowledge and the order was destroyed, I now have to go through the whole process again, this time I will have them sent to a post office that will do what it is supposed to do...DELIVER THE F#$%ING MAIL!!!
