Once AGAIN. I have not gotten mail for three days (excluding Fri 23, Sat 24, Mon 26 of December. I know this is wrong. What do I have to do to get my mail.

I was in the post office to mail box, Pretty big too 3/16 We are elderly needed help Gretchen did not hesitate to take care of us. Am grateful. Always best care

Grateful for our G-way Post Office... this branch has served our home for over 30 years, and we've not experienced any serious issues. Lately, the mail has arrived later in the day, but that may be due to neighborhood growth/changes in schedule. The retail counter associates are polite, helpful, and work well under pressure. It's a like a small town post office. They also help with passports, even offering pleasant 'Passport Fairs' every few weeks. These events move along quickly and easily, offering personalized service to families and individuals of all ages. It's a nice neighborhood post office.

I just want to thank the employees at the Galloway, Ohio location. They are very friendly, professional, amiable and courteous. Even if there is a line -waiting- they manage to do their job well, and in a timely fashion too. Blessings to all!
