I live in the country...deshler is in the country, custar is in the country...when I order chickens, ducks , geese, Turkeys, etc, they come through usps...being a govt employee myself I prefer to utilize my brothers and sisters services...but when the chics are a day old they cannot be kept by an air conditioner, this makes them sick...why is this so hard to understand??? And your smart ass employees say they "aren't going to do anything heroic"...is it really too much to ask that you do not put my livestock in a cold room??? They need to be in an environment around 80 degrees until their feathers grow in. Wonder why people hate the USPS? Why the USPS is circling the drain? Maybe your horrific customer service has something to do with it.
