I need to know who is delivering my mail! They do not put my boxes on the front porch (like they used to) and try to put them in the mailbox, then leave them sticking with the lid open. I've tried to call the post office many times and no one answers.

Is it the Post Office policy to throw packages in the ditch that don't fit in the mail box? Today was the FIFTH package that was thrown in the ditch vs delivered to the house. As one could imagine, it was SOAKED through.

Aug 25 -2022 - More misdelivered mail. I have a rural carrier. Me and my neighbors frequently get mail that should have been in someone elses box. Mistakes can be made but this is frequent and ongoing. USPS is very unreliable. If you are expecting important mail, you just keep your fingers crossed. You never know if you'll get it.

I am a firm believer that if you can complain when things are bad, then you can compliment when things are good! The postal boxes over at Redwood have a problem getting stuck sometimes, which was the case yesterday when a package came in that I was expecting. I was leaving town today, but I really needed my package as there was an item that I ordered to take with me. As I was leaving the gas station after filling up for my trip I saw my postal carrier, so I followed her to her first stop, which she has several in our neighborhood explained my situation and she quickly (without complaining) drove over to my box, tried the lock also and then proceeded to open up the box and retrieve my package. After giving a hundred thank you's as I'm walking to my car she says "Let me check and see if you have another package", which to my amazement I did (It was an unexpected gift from the company that I order a lot of stuff from and was waiting on their package). I am now heading out of town with all my necessary tools and an extra one, but I would just like to acknowledge my mail carrier Cyndi, who was awesome this morning and I haven't had any problems with my mail for a while and I'm quite sure it's because she's my carrier! Thank you Cyndi and keep up the good work!

Don’t really know the purpose of this review it is not read by postal employees nor do they answer the phone. I entered a stop mail June 18 th and to deliver all mail June28th. All this confirmed by e-mail from post office. Mail not delivered the 28th or 29th. Went to post office to pick up the held mail and they can’t find it. There was prescription medications in the mail since I receive daily notifications of mail to my address.

This Delaware Ohio post office is terrible! No one answers the phone, they are rude when you are there and they don't pick up the mail! My mom is elderly and can not get to the mailbox. We moved where she can get it, and mail never get delivered to her. (It was approved to move it but that doesn't help, they don't deliver the mail now! ) Help!!!!

Is it but so difficult to make an income receive benefits as a usps employee, in my day it was called dignity in working meeting bills having things one could afford. But for usps employee on my route and delivery to my hardship box under usps protocol met to be hardship delivery resident, yet mail not delivered days and a week at a time, packages scanned left in or at mailbox never received by my using wheelchair ramp to go to that box open find it empty void of a day's work by postal workers undine wow call me stupid blind and living in hell, what have w s a a society come to? We make Sodom and Gamora look like a children's program with our current wicked ways to one another period! #God save us all but me first society!

I received 6 letters today that was sent between 12/16 and 12/18. They were Christmas cards. Merry Christmas Jim on 01/06! Not the first time... we’re snowbirds and every year we are punctual letting USPS know our winter address. Seems like someone isn’t trained or just plain doesn’t care. Oh, 1 envelope was empty. Merry Christmas again Jim.

I have not received mail 1/24 & 1/25 @3417 Klondike Rd. nor has my neighbor which is unusual. I wonder if mail was not delivered those days. I tried calling the post office this morning @S. Liberty, but no answer.

We have not received our mail the last two days (1-23 and 1/24) at 5303 State Route 257 S. This is very unusual. We always have something, at least junk mail. We wanted to confirm that no one has been raiding our mail box or determine if our carrier is not delivering our mail to us. Please get back with us as soon as possible. PS: I tried calling the Delaware Post Office to talk with someone about this matter this morning (1/25). I called multiple times for a total of about 25 minutes. No one ever answered my call. This is very poor customer service indeed!

We have not received our mail the last two days (1-22 and 1-23) at 150 S. Parkway Drive. Just wanted to confirm the problem has been at your end and that no one has been taking the mail from our box. Please confirm. Thanks.

The mail carrier just drove across our yard to the neighbors. I didn't think this was allowed. Please don't do this again.

We had our mail held from 9/15 to 9/18, Confirmation #: CAH324437764. However, two boxes were sitting on our front porch when we got home on 9/17, & our mail letters were not received until today, 9/19/18. I can give you info on the two boxes, shipped from Amazon if you need for reference. We have never had a problem before, so not sure why this time nothing seemed to be done correctly. Please let me know what you find. Thank You. - Dan Downing

I was in the process of moving and still had things in my unit and had not turned in my keys. The landlord put a note in my mailbox saying I had moved and to return my mail because I left no forwarding address. Is this legal?. what can I do to her????
