Postal Locations

I live at 540 Heather Dr. 45405. The residents that reside here are constantly becoming victims of identity thief and mail fraud due to the fact that the mail delivery serviceman continue to place our mail outside of our secured mailboxes but however he/she finds that it's easier to put our privacy in the brown box below our locked mailboxes. This cannot continue! I had three new credit cards left outside of my mailbox for the thieves to take. If there is a substitute delivering mail without the key to open our boxes. we should be advised with the option to pick our mail up. My mail and medicine need to be put in my mailbox and not left outside for anyone to take. Please take care of this situation and protect us. Thank you

I I live at 2616 Newport Avenue Apartment 7 we have not been having any mail for the last four to five days due to because of Midwest acquisition change the lock on the door the security door and I'm expecting mail and my phone number is 937-519-5232 I would like to know if I have any mail coming I can't get none with that position to do anything I mentioned it to the maintenance guy that got the mailman need a key and they haven't done nothing yet
