I had a bad experience here at the coshocton location and then again when I called on Saturday to get my package redirected to its correct location and I had to go and do the postal workers job by calling the other states location to get it rerouted back to its correct location!! All because the 1st postal service worker keyed the information in wrong! But I just got told by Jennifer at Coshocton it’s MY FAULT!! Go figure that! I will be making a complaint about this to her supervisor and on the 1st postal worker for screwing up the package delivery!!

I thought the USPS was in the business of delivering packages NOT keeping them and reporting that they were DELIVERED! Disappointed!

Kevin in the Coshocton post office is the most rude and arrogant man I have ever met. This post office is SO unreliable and Kevin tries to make you feel worthless and like you know nothing everytime you speak to him. Im very disappointed with the service ive recieved there.
