I have been trying ALL DAY to reach the Worthington Post Office on High St. I have let the phone ring more than 30 times each time I have called. NO ONE ANSWERS. If you care, you can call me at 614-946-3646.

Don’t bother calling or going there to find an overnight letter that was not delivered bc the post person failed to leave it by the door even though no signature was required. No knows where it is is completely incompetent!

I received notification that my package was delivered to a parcel locker in Columbus, Ohio 43235. I live in Goshen, Ohio 45122. 2 hours away from Columbus. Why was it delivered there? No information on how to locate this locker, I called the post office with that zip code, it rings 4 or 5 times then hangs up. What do I do

The postal service is struggling to remain relevant. Unfortunately, they're failing miserably, and doing it to themselves. They are no longer a "federal" agency, and considered a private business. As such, YOU have a choice. This post office has lied and stolen from me, repeatedly, and will do the same to YOU. Despite countless complaints and "internal investigations" behaviors remain unchanged. Drivers continue to drive through neighborhoods like jackasses, showing up when convenient after days of laziness or neglect. Packages are reported "delivered" but don't show up for days afterwards (they lie to keep Amazon contracts in compliance). Packages are lost or stolen before arriving to your door (enjoy my stuff evil letter carrier--karma will get you), and supervisors are overwhelmed, untrained, and incompetent to handle the subsequent customer complaints and requisite "investigations". I've been cheated, delayed and robbed of hundreds of dollars of worth of items and time. Boycott the US postal service. Let's put them out of business, as their failure to evolve from the pony express is evident, and no longer should we allow government bailouts and subsidies for a sub-standard product. You wouldn't tolerate this from your local business or favorite restaurant, don't tolerate it from the liars and thieves of the postal service. Do something to protect yourself. Use another service, and don't buy anything online that utilizes USPS. You'll be better off in the long run! Don't believe me? Then wait and see.. you better hope it's not medication or something you need emergently. But it WILL happen, bad business always fails.. it's inevitable.

Had mail put on hold 3 times in 2014 and they only complied once. Filled out the yellow card and either gave to the carrier, left in our mailbox or delivered to the post office itself.

West Worthington P.O. box is too damn far for old Worthington. It's a really nice office though.
