The Innis Road Post Office has improved by leaps & bounds... My last 7... 8 visits have been exceptional... Little or no wait time... Excellent service from Jani every visit... If you had issues with this location in the past... I certainly did... I recommend giving it another chance...
I mailed a package to this zip 43224. It did not arrive. I have tracked it with no luck I went to my local post office in Nevada Missouri, They tracked it and said it is in one of the post offices in Columbus. Please help me find it. It was sent to Homestead street.
On September 1, 2021 I requested a hold my mail from September 29-October 12 2021. I received a confirmation of that request with a confirmation number CAH 408598062. When I arrived back home from a vacation I found to my dismay that the mail had not been stopped as requested. This request involved mail from the Oakland Park /Innis Road Post Office in Columbus, Ohio. I don't know what is wrong with this post office but there are many complaints about the office. I trusted that my mail would be held and once again the post office failed to comply with my request. Please explain
This is the worst post office ever..2200 Innis rd .. the manager is rude and lies ...... they still a box that was supposed to be delivered to my door then would not give me a copy of the tracking information ..... this place should be shut down or re-staffed the Worst place ever i would not trust them with my dog's poop they don't answer the phone
We have not received any mail in over a week we are expecting checks from 4 customers mailed last week still have not received them from Akron and Plain City. We have not seen a mail person. Please check what's going on with the. Address 2929 Westerville Road
That is something you do online or at the post office! They will NOT do anything over phone...sorry 🤷🏽♀️

My address is 2309 Taylor Ave., on occasion, I have received 2309 Joyce Ave. mail. Saying all that, I know at times they receive my mail. We return their mail to the post office or the mail person. I have missed quite a few bills and most recently, some necklaces. Not only can I not order something on line, because it might get stolen off the porch, now also because the mail person can't get it right. This has been going on for years, it would be nice if it could be remedied, as we were told it would be.
My regular mailman is good about picking up out going mail I have. I must of not had any mail, so he skipped my house. I needed something to go out. I thought they walk from house to house. It is usually a substitute that does this. I know my mailman would of taken it. I hope he would. Please make sure my mailman and his substitute pick up my mail. I'm angry when this happens. I am not a complainer, and this is the first complaint, I've written, but my patience is gone with our postal service in Somerset East. We are having some major challenges getting our package deliveries. Tracking consistently says the item is left in the box when it isn't nor is a key left for us to access the parcel box. We've had to track down four packages in the last month. It is IMPOSSIBLE to actually talk to a person at the post office. I've received notices to pick my package up when I paid explicitly for delivery to my door, and notices that the package had a delivery exception and I needed to schedule redelivery for something I've routinely received! Tracking has also indicated items were left when they weren't, and that notices were left when they weren't. A letter mailed from Colorado, arrive here THREE WEEKS after it was mailed. Also, please take a second to drive by the mail island here. The junk mail is placed in a pile under the boxes and sits there in a heaping soggy wet pile. If it can't be put into the boxes, why leave it? Please check into this service. It's the most abominable service I've ever received!
